Poco X6 PRO Could'nt add fingerprint. Any Fix or solution?

 Reason:

This may be due to hardware fault, because I tried re-installing the OS still it didn't fix. So you should go to the service center.

 

Below are some other solutions that I tried:

Solution 1: Check for hardware issues.

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap About phone.
3. Tap Detailed info and specs.
4. Scroll down to Kernel version.
5. Tap Kernel version several times. You should enter CIT or hardware test mode.
6. Scroll to Fingerprint sensor test, and tap Test.
7. Check if it says pass. If it does, tap Fingerprint enrol test to check if the sensor works.
8. If not, take the device to a Xiaomi service center for repair.

Solution 2: Clear fingerprint test apps cache and data.

• Open Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Apps.
• Tap Manage apps.
• Tap the three dots, and select Show all apps.
• In the search bar, type “finger.”
• Tap Fingerprint test from the results.
• Tap Clear data.
• Select Clear cache.
• Tap OK.
• Tap Clear all data.
• Tap OK.
• Clear the cache and data of other apps related to fingerprints, if applicable.
• Restart your mobile.
  

Solution 3: Factory reset your device.

• Open Settings.
• Tap About phone.
• Scroll down and tap Factory reset.
• Tap Erase all data.
• Enter your password or PIN, if prompted.
• Tap Next.
• Tap Factory reset.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
